There are many ways to make a gift to RRC and the Reconstructionist movement.
Give by Check
Securities or tangible personal property
RRC’s online giving form is fast, safe, and secure. The College accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Options for monthly credit card deductions are readily available. Simply call RRC’s Strategic Advancement professionals at 215-576-0800, extension 163, and they will be happy to assist you in setting up a recurring payment plan. With our secure server, all of the data on the form, including credit card information, is safely submitted to our gift-recording department for processing. All fields marked with an *(asterisk) are required.
Give By Check
The most traditional and common way to support the College is with a gift of cash. (If you are a resident of Canada, please call 215-576-0800, ext. 163 regarding your gift.) To make a cash gift, please make your check payable to the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College, and mail it to:

Donate Securities or Tangible Personal Property
We welcome gifts of stock and bonds at the College. These gifts may require special planning and consultation with your professional financial advisor and RRC’s Strategic Advancement staff. The College recommends that donors who have decided to make a gift of stock call 215-576-0800, ext. 163.
Gifts of appreciated securities typically carry benefits not associated with gifts made by check, cash, or credit card:
- Any gain is taxable if you sell stock or mutual fund shares yourself, but not if you transfer ownership to RRC.
- Your charitable deduction for federal income tax purposes is based on the full, fair market value of the shares on the date the gift is made.
- Your charitable contribution is recognized by RRC for the full fair market value of the shares.
RRC is pleased to accept gifts of tangible personal property that address a specific need and comply with the mission and policies of the College. Since its beginnings, the College has been strengthened by non-cash contributions. Because of the unique circumstances surrounding gifts of personal property, this process is often longer and more complex than it is for other contributions to the College. To discuss a possible gift, donors are encouraged to call 215-576-0800, ext. 163 .
Increase Your Impact With Matching Gifts
Many companies provide matching gifts for their employees as part of their employee benefit packages. If you plan to make a gift, check with your employer or call 215-576-0800, ext. 155, to see if your gift may be doubled through a matching gift program.
