Congregation Beit Simchat Torah (CBST) moved into a new home this month, in the Chelsea section of New York City. The congregation, which is well known for welcoming LGBTQ Jews, moved into a stunning new space that reflects their values. This is an exciting milestone, and we extend our congratulations to all the leaders with RRC ties who made this possible. Mazal tov to Senior Rabbi Sharon Kleinbaum, Associate Rabbi Rachel Weiss, Director of Social Justice Programming
Rabbi David Dunn Bauer, Cooperberg-Rittmaster Rabbinical Intern and current RRC student Georgette Kennebrae, and Cooperberg-Rittmaster Rabbinical Intern and current RRC student Alex Weissman.
